Design for fee services are generally when Architectural or Engineering firms ask us to collaborate on a project with them as a member of their team or when an individual or corporate entity, for whatever reason-corporate policy, project located outside this area, etc.-, needs to have an independent landscape solution for which they can negotiate separately the accomplishment.

Our proposals are based on the estimated number of hours required of each associate whose time is required for that particular project at that associate's charge rate per hour. Typically, these associates are available should their expertise be required:

• Office Assistant

Our proposal may be on the basis of a "Flat Fee", a "Not to Exceed $X", a "For the Hours Required" or a "Two and one-half times base cost of the associate". Costs for duplication, travel, and similar expenses are billed in addition to the fee.
