Our experience in site and garden construction stems from about thirty years ago when we designed several truly unique gardens with water features (never call them pools), structures and paving but our clients not being able to find experienced contractors to construct them. We were spending too much of our client's money acting as construction managers for the subcontractors they did find so we created our in-house construction division. Then commercial developers began desiring site amenities requiring finer and more detailed finishes than those which the General Contractors really wanted to deal.
