Commercial and residential clients can have an irrigation system installed to water every type grass, groundcover, tree and shrub. Each system is designed to take into account soil type, drainage, windage, rainfall, lawn and landscaped areas and land forms. Because GreenScape considers an irrigation system a permanent investment in a property, each system is custom designed and custom engineered. Each installed irrigation system assures uniform precipitation and even the sprinkler head which is farthest from the source of water will have the required operational pressure and volume of water. Automatic controllers program the system year-round and ensure protection and enhancement of the landscape.

An independently designed irrigation plan is absolutely necessary to insure the client receives value in this permanent and long-term investment in his property and is able to compare costs on an "apple to apple" basis.

- Field changes are recorded on the "As Builts" and a copy is given the client

Irrigation Maintenance and Service
Maintenance of irrigation systems for our landscape management clients, our installation clients and our referral clients at GreenScape is dedicated to quality and the highest standards of workmanship.
Professional, highly trained, efficient and experienced crews consisting of one Irrigation Technician and one Irrigation Helper (or two Irrigation Helpers, if the job requires the extra man for efficiency of the technician's time) are directed to ensure:
- Spring startup and fall shutdown
- Prompt Warranty repairs
- Seasonal adjustment of controller timing for proper amount of water
- Repair or replacement of damaged irrigation heads
- Repair or replacement using same brand equipment
- Storage and use of "As Builts" to locate components
- Use of tracking equipment to local valves when "As Builts" not available
- Planting beds and lawns are returned to pre-construction condition
All major irrigation manufacturers products are knowledgeably maintained, serviced and/or replaced only when necessary.
An irrigation maintenance work order is created either when a client calls our shop 901 372-2100 Ext. 100 or e-mails us at Deborah@greenscape.com , a problem is reported by an associate on a landscape management crew, or at the designated contractual inspection time. New clients are requested to give a credit card number and expiration date to guarantee payment for the work performed.
Billings for all chargeable work is on a time and material basis. Chargeable time begins when the crew either departs our shop or leaves the preceding work jobsite and ends upon completion of work at the chargeable jobsite. The hourly rates are chargeable in half hour increments for Irrigation Technician and Irrigation Technician Helper
Materials are billed at the manufacturers list price plus tax. An invoice is created upon the work being completed and the work order being returned by the Irrigation Technician, usually within forty-eight hours, and is due and payable upon receipt.
