Forum I was an eight story Class A Office building on Poplar Avenue developed by Weston and was the first to make a water feature of the detention basin. Forum II & III were three story atrium buildings located behind the first building with an entry off Kirby Road featuring a water fountain designed by us and which is an unexpected magnificent feature when the water pump is left running and the water freezes.
