This is a four building, three story, Class A office complex developed by Tommy Farnsworth, then with Trammell Crow, on both sides of Primacy Parkway just north of  the Lichterman Nature Center lake. The top floors have a dramatic view of the lake. We developed a streetscape of Sycamore augmented with a background of Pine.
