For its time, the largest and most significant office park development;  it is located  primarily between the Interstate and Nonconnah Creek. We designed/built the landscaping of the first several buildings and the signature Sycamore-lined street along the interstate and then were the successful competitive bidder for the renovation of the main boulevard streetscape and jogging trail.
