This was the completion of a twenty plus story, foreclosed, Class A office, downtown building (nicknamed One Empty Place) from about ninety-five percent completion and involved creation of an adjacent park using Center City funds. We were a joint venture design partner, the general contractor for all hardscape, landscape and irrigation exterior to the walls of the building and then the landscape manager for several years.
