This is the second home of two of the principals and has been maintained by us for many years. The last major landscaping was the renovation of the parking lot and creation of the “Grand Entrance” with heavy use of seasonal color. The site is virtually totally irrigated, including the rubico tennis courts. Long range planning to insure the future of the site with trees has been a twenty year project.
